2. Your Profile

  • You bring a degree in the business administration or equivalent practical experience, or comparable fields with focus on office and stakeholder & operation management with at least 2 years of experience, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, the ability to build relationships with the larger industry and tech community at the OI4 Alliance and engage with internal and external stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.

  • As the operation manager of the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, you are capable to drive an interdisciplinary and international set-up with member companies, partners, and colleagues in an agile way to run the community and office environment efficiently.

  • You interact with agile IoT/IT teams and workgroups, and it is a plus if you bring experience with IoT/IT project management tools and methodologies.

  • You bring strong written and verbal communication skills as well as experience of effective communication with divers and global stakeholders.

  • You have good skills in content management, usage of Confluence & JIRA as project tools as well as MS Teams and PowerPoint for communication in English and German.

  • You are open towards different people, mindsets and cultures with fire and resilience to grow and manage a digital community.

  • You drive the community with your creativity and enthusiasm and motivate our members to active contribution.

  • Willingness to temporarily travel is given (~10 %).

  • You are a team player and are not satisfied with achieving goals alone.

  • Your German and English language and communication skills are excellent.

3. Your Tasks

 

Management of Existing Members

  • Management of member accounts: you will work towards up-to-date contact data and stakeholder information (employees) for effective communication as well as manage the access to tools to ensure active participation of member companies and contributors.

  • Organization and facilitating of regular meetings: you will be a technical and organizational lead starting with the invitation for events and closing the loop with content and information sharing. Moreover, you will be a content lead together with OI4 community management and technical director.

  • First level contact for members: you will be responsible to keep central E-Mail inbox up-to-date and to facilitate data & information sharing internally and externally between members and the OI4 colleagues.

  • You will manage existing communication tool landscape and provide required access to stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow.

 

Organizing New Members

  • Lead management: you will maintain and update potential new member companies (leads) provided by existing members, partners, and colleagues within existing lead management system.

Onboarding & recruiting: you will onboard new members, organize recruiting meetings with managing & technical directors and OI4 workgroup leads.

 

Process & Office Management

You will:

  • be the first contact for communication tools of the company (Confluence, JIRA, Community Platform, MS Teams, Member Data Management / CRM System).

  • manage contracts with third parties (suppliers and partner companies).

  • support Marketing & Community management with existing newsletter tool and

    communication.

  • support content update on the company website.

ensure automated data processing with administration team of company.
