This morning we arrived at the fairgrounds to find the Pilates group starting their morning session under the palm trees again. And again… we missed it!
Well, back to our team table, curious to see what happened last evening, while Christian and I went networking at the Sponsors’ Event. And, as expected, our smart young team members — can you believe the youngest is only 17 years old?! — had found a brilliantly simple solution. Instead of going through InfluxDB and Grafana, they decided to cut out the entire step and connect MQTT directly to the PCF calculator. A bold move, but it works perfectly for our situation!!
Now we are finally able to measure the energy consumption of the shredding, melting and pressing process!
