SESAM and the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance partner up: More opportunities for members and a stronger European community
SESAM and the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance have entered a strategic partnership that links more than 150 member companies across Europe. The goal is simple: speed up digitalization and sustainability in industry by sharing standards, know-how, and working solutions across sectors and borders.
Both networks focus on open standards, interoperable technologies, and practical implementation. Together they will use joint activities and projects to turn reference architectures into outcomes that cut complexity in real value chains. Under the motto “The power of many,” the first joint appearance will be at the HI trade fair in Herning, featuring concrete solutions and learnings from member companies.
Christian Liedtke, Chair of the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, says: “We are joining forces with SESAM to connect strong communities and deliver implementations that work in factories and along supply chains. Members gain access to broader expertise and collaboration that translates into measurable results.”
Henrik Lykke Lilleholt, Chair of SESAM, adds: “This partnership opens the door to more shared knowledge and development. By combining the strengths of both networks, we create clear benefits for our members.”
The collaboration gives all members access to current insights, proven building blocks, and opportunities to co-develop projects that move industry forward.

Christian Liedtke, formand for Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, fortæller: “We’re excited to join forces with SESAM, a strong network that unites experts, companies, and organizations across industries, and together with the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance’s experience in implementing real-world, interoperable solutions, we can offer our members valuable collaborations that deliver concrete benefits for the industry.”
Tilsammen repræsenterer SESAM og Open Industry 4.0 Alliance over 150 medlemsvirksomheder.
