- We start by demystifying OPC UA. Instead of going through the full specification, we focus on why OPC UA can feel complex and which concepts actually matter in practice for IT/OT integration. The goal is to cover the essentials needed to use modern tools and architectures without unnecessary detail.
- Forge in a nutshell (10–15min)
- Next, we introduce Prosys Forge and its role in structuring industrial data for IT systems. This section shows how Forge makes data easy and secure to use for analytics, AI, and other digital services, providing a practical foundation for modern manufacturing use cases.
- Modern OPC UA tools get you started very fast (15min)
- In this part, we look at examples of modern OPC UA tools and real-world implementations. We briefly explain their background, the use cases, and their experience on getting started with the implementation of OPC UA-based solutions.

- Live demo: from data source to dashboard (10min)
- This section is a live demonstration of building a complete data flow, starting from a simulated data source and ending with interfaces such as MQTT, databases, and dashboards. We show how data is connected, mapped, and delivered to different consumers.
- Throughout the demo, the modern user experience and built-in guidance are clearly visible, showing that you don’t need deep expertise to get started. The aim is to demonstrate how an end-to-end pipeline can be set up quickly and with confidence, even by users new to the technology.
