The Full Member­ship Assembly is the annual meeting of the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, bringing together repre­sen­ta­tives from all member compa­nies to review the Alliance’s devel­op­ment, discuss key orga­ni­za­tional and strategic topics, and take formal deci­sions where required.

It provides members with an overview of the year’s progress, including updates from the Board, projects and work­groups, tech­nology and publi­ca­tions, events and commu­ni­ca­tion, as well as the Alliance’s finan­cial status and outlook. The Assembly also gives members the oppor­tu­nity to vote on rele­vant reso­lu­tions, ask ques­tions, provide feed­back, and actively contribute to the future direc­tion of OI4.

Please note: As changes to the Alliance bylaws require a member vote, each member company must ensure that one desig­nated company repre­sen­ta­tive attends the Assembly. Voting repre­sen­ta­tives will receive indi­vidual access details by email. Should the voting rights be dele­gated to another person within your orga­ni­za­tion, please let us know in advance.
