Hello Industry 4.0 partners & friends. I’m Ekrem and within my professional career I was in charge in different IT and OT Management positions. I joined the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance from the beginning in 2019 as Voith employee and OI4A board member. Since October 2021 I’m the Managing Director of the OI4 Alliance. Besides managing the Alliance I’m in charge for the Industry Committee and the business development towards end-customers of Alliance member companies. I’m connecting the OI4 Implementation Alliance with other organizations from the ecosystem of the industrial digitalization.

Hi everyone, I’m Christoph. I have a passion for robotic automation and a thrive for innovative approaches within factory automation. Most time of my professional career I was dealing with the implementation of robotic cells that involve human robot collaboration or require sensitive processes. As digitization played an important role within those projects, I know the OI4 alliance since its beginning. I joined the OI4 Alliance in April 2023 to support our members initiating customer projects following OI4 principles.

Back-Office Coordination & Assistance to the OI4 Management

Hola, I am Michelle, my role is to assist the Managing Director and support the management team in the strategy implementation and further development of the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, from back-office to organizational arrangements , and lately supporting on the accounting processes. I bring several years of previous experience as accounting & financial auditor and controller for different industries , and now since summer 2022, I am happily working for the Alliance.

I am Lucas, content creator/manager for the Industry 4.0 Alliance since April 2023. I am passionate about developing engaging content that effectively reaches respective target audiences. My skill set encompasses technical expertise in creating media (eLearnings, videos, livestreams, documentation, …), as well as an intuitive understanding of how to optimize the experience using and interacting with such media. Malte Metzelder

Branch & Operations Manager

Hi everyone, I'm Malte. I have a background in the sports industry, where I worked for many years in various roles. I began as a professional football player, and later, after completing my MBA, I held numerous management positions. Even outside the football field, I've always enjoyed taking on new challenges. So, it was time to leave my familiar environment and start a new chapter.

The OI4 Alliance bring together a diverse group of people with various skills, all dedicated to developing sustainable and future-proof solutions. This is the same image that I know from football. Good teamwork is the basis for success. I've been a part of the OI4 core team since mid-October 2023. As a Branch & Operations Manager, I'm responsible for all association-related activities and work closely with the executive team. I am looking forward to a trustful cooperation and to the next steps in the Alliance's development.

Hey there, I'm Liane. My journey as an agile project manager for communication and event service providers has been instrumental in refining my expertise. Through my extensive experience in project management, marketing, and corporate communication, I've actively contributed to the successful strategic planning and execution of events, marketing campaigns, and communication projects in a variety of industries, including standardization.

As a Marketing & Communication Strategist at Open Industry 4.0, my goal is to strengthen our Manufacturing-X network to foster the development and scalability of Industrial IoT solutions. Within the Open Industry 4.0 Core Team we collaborate with members and partners to drive transformative impacts across industries facing implementation hurdles.
